 Rivenbark scores runner-up finish at X-DRL Louisiana
(5-20-2013) BELLE ROSE, LA – GALOT Motorsports’ Kevin Rivenbark scored a great runner-up finish at the X-DRL race at No Problem Raceway in Belle Rose, LA on May 17-18, 2013.
After four rounds of qualifying, Rivenbark was ranked third overall for the Pro Mod class with a best pass of 4.057 at 182.23 MPH in his supercharged Pontiac Firebird, while teammate Todd "King Tut" Tutterow qualified just a hair off the pace in the Pro X-Treme class with his supercharged 1967 Ford Mustang GT500.

(5-20-2013) CAYUGA, ON – Held at the Cayuga Dragway of Toronto Motorsports Park during its Victoria Day Weekend Challenge, winners were declared in the Pro Modified Racing Association, the Quick 32 Sportsman Series presented by NAPA Auto Parts, and the Pro Bike & Sled Series presented by Wiseco Performance Products.
Winning the PMRA event was Rocky Di Lecce of Mississauga, Ontario. Bill White of Gadshill, Ontario won the Quick 32 Sportsman Series race, and Dan Cryderman of Thamesville, Ontario won the PBSS race.

(5-20-2013) TOPEKA, KS – On the day when Jeg Coughlin Jr. collected his 500th round win in Pro Stock, he more importantly won the NHRA Kansas Nationals Sunday at Heartland Park Topeka, his first win of the season and first in the JEGS/Mopar Dodge Avenger.
"We've been knocking on the door all year," said Coughlin, who last won at the Brainerd event in 2010. "We've had our ups and downs and never quite been able to seal the deal and get a race win. (5-20-2013) TOPEKA, KS – 25th annual NHRA Kansas Nationals at Heartland Park Topeka saw some of the smoothest runs that the Summit Racing Pro Stock duo of Greg Anderson and Jason Line have seen all year, but the Minnesota-bred, Mooresville, N.C.-transplanted pair didn't achieve the results that they were aiming for at the eighth of 24 events on NHRA's Mello Yello Drag Racing Series tour.

(5-19-2013) TOPEKA, KS – Larry Morgan and his Lucas Oil/MAVTV Ford Mustang may have suffered a defeat in the first round at the NHRA Kansas Nationals, but you couldn't tell by the smile on Morgan's face as he left Heartland Park Topeka.
"We're so happy we're moving forward," Morgan said. "We've struggled with the car from the beginning of the season, and after this weekend we finally feel like we can be competitive again."
