Way to go Annette!
I'm 30 and I've been going to the drag races since I was 5, that I can remember. I saw my first national event at HRP in 1988. Born and raised in Houston we got to go to a lot of races when I was a kid. The standout performances: Darrell Waltrip lapping an entire field of ARCA/ Winston West cars at TWS, CART cars racing in downtown Houston, a 30-lap A Main at the World of Outlaws (with no yellow flags!!!), Eddie Hill's incredible 4.93, seeing 50+ doorslammers at Kennedale, meeting Mike Castellana, and too many record-setting runs to even count.
Currently I sell headsets, phones, and related tele-comm office equipment. I even got to sell Danny Rowe his office headset!
Hey Geno, I even got a picture of your car (from that calendar) in my office...
