So does John Russo run a PSI screw or a Rootes blower? I would bet a PSI screw especially with that MPH. I am impressed. Congratulations John

I was just told 51 pounds of boost @ 20% over!!!! Can you imagine 33 or 36 %. Blower is going for 14K with carbon spacer no injectors!

That blower would make less power at 33 over

Exactly... The newer blowers have mods for different OD preferences. For example, the IHRA Top Alcohol F/Cs may run the same cases as Pro Mods, but the Inlet and Outlets are different on them as well as the internal modifications are different sometimes too, depending on what your application is.
Spinning a blower built for a 20% OD Pro Mod car, more than 20%, would only defeat the efficiency of the blower by increasing the Intake charge of the supercharger, thus taking away horsepower.
And does anyone know if Billes is using Darren's new M5, or is it still one of Al's blowers?

A Little Birdy told me. I would not post if it wasn't reliable. But Also we were looking at getting one of the same blowers. Someone has had them on the dyno. ;)

Don't believe everything you hear...... I knew right away that your little bird had been mis-informed because of the numbers and because Al doesn't make or sell a carbon spacer.
