3100 lbs, camaro 10.5, right now has 540 with nitrous(400 shot), will soon have the blower back on. est. 1500 hp w/ blower, i have a dual chute mount and no chutes . i want to put 2 chutes on it. what size do you guys recommend? thanks in advance

I'm thinking you need to contact the chute manufacturers directly and ask for their recommendations.

Agreed, call Bob Stroud @ Stroud Safety, tell him what you have, what MPH you expect to run and what quality shutdown areas you will (or won't have) and he'll set you up.

If you want a cross-form style, call Joe @ DJ Safety...

How fast are yo ugoing to be running?

SIMPSON offers 3 different Chutes
10' Skyjacker for up to 200 mph
12' Crossform for 200 to 300mph +
and the new 14' w/ Kevlar Shroud Lines

SIMPSON also (NEW for 2010) has a New Chute Assist Spring loaded Chute Pack

If you run any IHRA or NHRA and will exceed 200 MPH in the 1/4 you are required to run two chutes, but make sure you don't use two that are meant to be a single unless you are only going to pull one. Like Eric said, call Stroud and they'll fix you up with the proper size chutes for dual chutes.
