Why is the Capital show invite only? How many teams typically compete at an event like that?

The track has improved over the years, but still hard to get the blower guys there. Typically 10 to 12 Pro Mods are invited. I think after Jeff Blasi running pretty fast there last year will help make this a bigger event.

Also Capitol doesnt put up as much dollars as the Extreme events, keeping the payout lower, thus lower car counts.

Will the Outlaw 10.5 cars run 1/4 mile at Atco?
When are Outlaw 10.5 cars invited? Is that what the "extreme" events mean? Thanks

I believe the extreme outlaw 10.5 cars at Atco will run 1/8. They are not part of our organization, the track books them in. Extreme events for the NEOPMA is two classes, Nitrous/Aspirated and Blower Turbo’s, quarter mile, rules based.

Just a question why no Cecil County, they used to be home base for NE Outlaw shootout and is ran by one of the baddest PM racers in the world. Don't want to bash tracks but they are certianly a whole lot better than Capitol.

Cecil is a great track, as well as Capitol. John is very good friends with Cathy and Jim, and the Cunninghams. We just could'nt come to an agreement on fee's to put on an event at Cecil, but we agree to leave the door open for the future.
