wheel Spacers

I just bought a set of beadlocks with 34x17x16 Hoosier tires and the tires hit
everything on the inside...Damn the cross section is huge......If I put one inch wheel spacers I think I would be ok. Is that ok or not recomended?

Also what would you guys say is the acceptable distance from tire to sway bar?
With the one inch spacer I will have a half inch clearance.
