ADRL Top Sportsman

How many of you are going to compete at ADRL races next year?

The reason I ask is because I'm uncertain whether or not to add ADRL races to the Perfect Light bonus.

I'm concerned that their rules differ a lot from NHRA and IHRA. I like some of their safety rules but I'm perplexed by no minimum weight and no -15 firesuit.

I don't see a lot of racers making changes just to run one or two events.

All in all it seems that ADRL is developing a class for professional racers who want to win an ADRL championship rather than an all-inclusive sportsman class.

What are your thoughts?

There was a few of us in this area thinking about trying, but with the new rules, only one guy is still seriously considering it??
I was looking at Martin & St Louis, but I'm slow and with the new expenses, it's not worth going just to be there with my buddies??
I don't see a 6.90 car ever qualifying??

The -15 rule is definitely a head scratcher, especially if anyone saw that burn chart!!
