Gaines taking it one step at a time
(5-3-2012) COMMERCE, GA – V. Gaines and the Kendall Motor Oil Dodge make their way into the Atlanta area this weekend for the Summit Racing Equipment NHRA Southern Nationals. The Kendall Motor Oil team has been a little behind the eightball so far this season. “Our goal is to take it a step at a time” say V. Gaines. “We are getting real close on the combination we need” V continued.
There have been countless stories written around the NHRA Pro Stock class and how tight the competition is in the class. One or two thousands of a second can make the difference between racing on Sunday or going home early. The Kendall Motor Oil Dodge team knows this all too well so far in 2012. The support received from our friends and fans on facebook is amazing and means a great deal to all members of the Kendall Motor Oil crew. We will be racing on Sunday’s very soon!
“Our main goal is to get the Kendall Motor Oil Dodge into the countdown for the Championship,” Gary Cummins, crewmember on the team tells us. “Getting off to a slow start is not what a race team wants, but we still have time to make the countdown and soon this Kendall car will fly,” Gary added with a smile.
